Darlene Frick

Since joining the SCHBSIF team in 1997, Darlene has led the workers’ compensation claims department, ensuring injured workers and members receive exceptional support. She enjoys building connections with members, assisting their employees and investigating accidents to help keep workplaces safe. Outside of work, Darlene loves spending time at the lake or the beach and is known for her fun-loving personality that puts people at ease.
