Theresa has served as Audit Manager for the SCHBSIF team since 2021, leading a dedicated team that audits each policy to ensure accurate information and fair premiums for every member. Known for her approachable style, she works closely with members to make the audit process clear, stress-free and supportive, helping them focus on their work while she ensures accuracy and compliance. Outside of work, Theresa enjoys traveling in her RV with family and friends, exploring beaches and mountains, and caring for a lively bunch of animals on her hay farm.
